Business insurance options

I am hoping to get some suggestions good for a business insurance provider who is knowledgeable about providing business insurance for ecommerce / internet based businesses who lease space.

We are trying to get liability coverage for our leased property and coverage for the stock that we hold. While it sounds easy, I have been through two agents so far who have been looking for weeks for coverage.

Does anyone out there have any experience with this?
