We sell our services for more than some of our competition but offer a better product and more support services. Some people I speak to are only interested in price, what can I do to turn them around?

You'll never satisfy customers who are only interested in the price, they will always find a lower price somewhere else.

Focus on justifying your cost. Explain your value proposition and why should people spend more for your services. Competing on price is a great way to go out of business.

I agree with Ana, point out the differences in your services and the competition. Lowering your prices will not generate customer loyalty in the long run.
